What's Included
Repair or Replacement
We diagnose it, fix it, or swap it for a comparable working machine. You don't have to figure out what's wrong or shop for a new one — that's on us.
No Surprise Bills
Your membership covers the service visit, the parts, and the labor. No fees tacked on after the fact. The monthly price is the whole price.
Fast Response
We aim to get to you within 7 days. If we can't make that window, you get store credit for a free used appliance while you wait.
Trade-In Upgrade
Been a member for 2 years? Trade in your covered machine for something newer at no cost. Want to upgrade sooner? $200 and it's yours. Machine just needs to be clean and running.
A Few Things We Don't Cover
- Front-load washers. Repairs on these almost always cost more than the machine is worth. We're upfront about it — if you want coverage, we recommend top-load.
- Machines not purchased at Afrodita. We can sometimes accept outside machines, but we need to inspect them first. If the machine checks out, we'll add it to your membership.
- Replacements. If we replace your machine, you return the old one to us. That's it — no paperwork, no extra charges.
