$100 Service Call
We come to your home, diagnose the problem, and repair it. $100 flat covers the trip, diagnosis, and labor. Parts are extra if needed — and we stock most common parts in-house, so the markup stays fair.
$50 In-Shop Repair
Prefer to bring it to us? Drop off your appliance at the shop and we'll diagnose and repair it for $50 plus parts. Usually done within a few days.
Loaner + Repair Club — $150
Can't go without your appliance? For $150 we'll deliver a loaner to your door and pick up your broken machine for in-shop repair. Includes your first month of Repair Club on us. Keep the loaner for $20/month if you'd rather not wait.
How It Works
- 1 Call us. Describe what's going on — we'll figure out the best option.
- 2 We come to you ($100) or you bring it to us ($50). Either way, we diagnose and repair it. Parts extra if needed.
- 3 Need a loaner? We'll deliver one and take yours to the shop. Nick works on it, you're not without a machine.
- 4 Can't be fixed? We'll put what you paid toward any appliance on our floor.
